Median Calculator

Enter a comma- or space-seperated list of numbers to calculate the median.

The median is the middle value of an ordered list of numbers. It can be calculated by first ordering a list from least to greatest, then by finding the middle value of that list. If the list has an even amount of numbers, then the median is the average of the two middle numbers.
Example: In the list of numbers $2,2,3,52,2,3,5$, the median is $2.52.5$. The list contains an even amount of numbers, so we must average the two middle numbers to find the median. In this list, the two middle numbers are $22$ and $33$. Their average is $2.52.5$, so that is the median.
